As a fresh food takeaway and delivery business, we're unable to accept physical returns of food items for hygiene and safety reasons. If there's a problem with your order - missing items, incorrect items, or food that doesn't meet our quality standards - please contact us within 24 hours on 01326 317905 and we'll offer a replacement, redelivery, or a full refund. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
